Sector development . He is a humanitarian activist in Secretary General, Law & Arbitration
Council, Ambassador- UN Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs Network, Global Peace
Leader- International Human Rights Forum and Global Ambassador - Global Socio-Economic

He graduated in Law (LLB) from the University of India and qualified as an advocate in the kingdom of
Bhutan. He practised at the Bhutan Law Chamber legal firm in a wide range of Civil, Crime, Inheritance,
and Financial cases.
